- Additional features, revisions, integrations, content work or scope changes may require additional fees and revised timelines.
- Payment schedules, advance amounts, milestone payments and final delivery terms will be mentioned in the relevant proposal or invoice.
- Late payments may pause work, delay delivery, or restrict access to deliverables until outstanding amounts are cleared.
4. Client Responsibilities
To complete work on time, clients are expected to provide accurate project information, approvals, brand materials, content, access credentials, feedback and any third-party account details needed for the project.
You are responsible for ensuring that content, images, trademarks, business information and data supplied to us are accurate, lawful and authorised for use.
5. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of custom project deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to the client after full and final payment is received.
BoroTech Solution may continue to own or reuse pre-existing code, frameworks, templates, processes, know-how, internal tools and general technical methods used to deliver services.
We may display completed work, project summaries, screenshots, brand names and results in our portfolio, case studies and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement prevents this.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, APIs, analytics tools, email services, app stores, plugins, themes, fonts or automation platforms.
BoroTech Solution is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, account restrictions, security incidents, policy changes or service failures caused by third-party providers. Third-party subscriptions, licences and usage charges are the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Both parties should treat confidential business, technical, financial and customer information with reasonable care. Confidential information should not be shared publicly unless required for project delivery, authorised by the relevant party, or required by law.
8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide reliable, professional services, but we do not guarantee that this website or any digital product will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune from security risks, or suitable for every business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoroTech Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity or reputation.
9. Suspension or Termination
